What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities
- Works with company-wide cross functional teams to provide timely and accurate forecasts to executive teams on Booking/Shipment/Revenue
- Need to be able to quickly come up to speed on company products and leverage that learning to manage forecasts
- Develop/maintain close relationship with overseas Sales and Regional Business Operations team to achieve the desired forecast objectives; align with their input as well as provide directions back to the team to achieve company goals on a regular basis
- Work closely with Sales/Finance/Business Development team to review and monitor commercial deals execution to ensure compliance and uphold company's business objectives
- Support Sales, BD, and R&D team’s effort in new business opportunities, and understand its potential impact to near-term & long-term business forecast
- Manage configuration, non-standard requests, shipment slotting, and shipment delivery
- Collaborate with overseas Account team and Order Fulfillment team to understand customer’s specifications and configuration needs
- Lead shipment configuration reviews with Manufacturing teams (based in both US and overseas) and Product Groups (based both in US and overseas) and provide timely and accurate configuration content to Supply Chain & Manufacturing team and achieve on-time tool delivery
- Review and process customers purchase orders; ensure PO compliance to established commercial and legal terms for all shipments
- Communicate with account teams on committed ship dates, and manage any ship date miss and recovery
- Coordinate with manufacturing and shipping & logistic teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Respond to any post-delivery issues, drive mitigation plan and root cause analysis by leading cross-functional alignment
- Assist Corporate Business Development and Account Teams in preparing & hosting customer meeting to improve business outcome
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 6 years working in technology industry
- Adaptable, flexible, open for new way of doing things
- Good communication skills, bias to action, results driven
- Ability to multi-task, work in a cross-functional environment, lead and influence others for solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Operations background in semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of CRM/SAP

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $86,000.00 - $202,000.00
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
