The Impact You’ll Make

We are currently searching for a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams focused on delivery of comprehensive solutions to business problems or opportunities within the Demand Management Team in Sales Operations. 

This role will work together with customer facing team and product group to resolve short-term solution as escalation level support with urgency and long-term business solution as assurance.

This role is required strong leadership and understanding of customer environmental.

This role has a hybrid schedule, and you will be required to work onsite at least three days per week at LAM's facility located in Fremont. 

What You’ll Do

 

 

  • Decision for escalation and report to executives with high level summary based on PS&DMP
  • Designs, implements, and improves systems and business processes to support the company’s operational priority
  • Operates the primary system interfaces and portals to the global customer-facing organizations
  • Implement targeted factory-driven change management processes that customers view as most trusted in the industry: timely and complete to minimize disruptions for our customers
  • Work collaboratively across organizations and senior management to manage, communicate, and assess impact to tool shipments and customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders and provides expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing business process procedures.
  • Seek opportunities to build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that will deliver improvements and efficiencies.
  • Act as single point of contact to manage factory change communication and customer impacts.
  • Investigate customer configuration quality issues and determine appropriate root cause and corrective actions (RCCA) to prevent future non-conformance.
  • Manage customer HVM quotation program and support Global Operations demand planning initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry. 
  • Advanced knowledge of system configuration in SAP Sales & Distribution module, or SAP sales transactions.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated effective cross-functional team leadership and influence.
  • Able to work with minimal direct guidance or direction from others.
  • Understanding of how to analyze and interpret large data sets.
  • Six sigma certification is preferred.

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $129,000.00 -  $272,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
