Job Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for all sales activities and account management for assigned Account. Ensures full exposure for company’s current product line. Forecasts prospective sales. Collaborates with current and potential customers to define equipment and process needs, communicates those requirements to appropriate corporate personnel, and negotiates capabilities, schedules, and pricing. Partners in a matrix environment to gain customer trust by addressing current customer concerns and developing road maps for future business.

The associated products include A. Service, B. Upgrades, C. Spares, and D. Reliant tools.

Develop sales strategy, formulate business analysis, and present reports/presentations that communicate strategy intent, analysis, and validation at management-level meetings

Directly support personnel in the preparation of QBR, QCR, QFR, and SAR. Perform business analysis, define sales strategies, and execute sales plan.

Communicate among diverse teams (process engineers, sales operation, sales assistant, hardware manager,… etc.)

Work with potential customer to ensure product can be procured in accordance with performance, cost objectives, and company target.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 8~10 years semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

OA knowledgeable using Excel, Power-point, and outlook

Strong experience of inter-persons skills coupled with soft social skills

Succinct presentation skills; present progress on large cross-functional initiatives at executive-level meetings

Strong skills and experiences in problem solving, time and priority management, communication, and project management

Strong design background coupled with solid engineering skills
