Position overview:

Lam is looking for an achievement-oriented individual with proven success project managing and implementing culture initiatives at a global company. You will manage global programs with the opportunity to innovate and bring fresh ideas. You will project manage culture enhancements, employee engagement, and I & D initiatives.

In This Role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with team to share and identify best practices, leverage effective tools across the organization, and deploy them in a way that is meaningful to the business.
  • Translate industry best practices into readily consumable programs and services aligned to business need
  • Implement initiatives globally across large, diverse and multifunctional organization
  • Earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself as a trusted partner with our HRBPs and Affinity Group Leaders
  • Inspire and connect people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups

Essential responsibilities:

  • Project manage the design, development, implementation of various employee engagement, Inclusion & diversity programs and initiatives
  • Partner across HR to identify, develop, and implement solutions to attract and retain an inclusive and diverse workforce
  • Deliver quality programs through various platforms
  • Manage and facilitate various project and program meetings
  •  Manage various employee communication and outreach activities
  • Report on metrics measuring the effectiveness of our initiatives to ensure we are making meaningful progress

 Additional responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues, partners and leaders to execute to the I&D vision
  • Brainstorm and synergize with various teams to develop innovative solutions that support the creation of positive change, accelerate talent development, and increase engagement
  • Pilot, test, implement, and continuously improve I&D programs
  • Manage communication and change management plans to drive successful initiatives
  • Create, manage, and maintain SharePoint sites and permissions

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR, Diversity and Inclusion project and program management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related programs
  • Exceptional project management and facilitation skills
  • Proven track record in building collaborative and consultative partnerships within the business and HR
  • Strong proficiency in creating and delivering presentations
