The Group You’ll Be A Part Of
The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Supports the sales team with tool configuration and spec alignment
- Develops, submits and aligns NSR’s (Non-Standard Requests) with each product group
- Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization.
- Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information.
- Works with Sales Operations, Business Development and Account Managers to update CRM and equipment manufacturing slots
- Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.
- Learn all aspects of Lam equipment and upgrades for products covering Etch/ Dep and Clean
What You’ll Do
Upgrades & New Start Support
- Works with Service Management and PG’s to define required upgrade and New Start packages
- Plan and execute to tools relocation (globally) projects supported by regional AT
- Coordinate between regional sales, service, and Lam central support (eg CSBG, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, PG)
Technical support and planning
- Partner with regional field sites to optimize IB performance and extend lifecycle of tools
- Close collaboration with CSBG to deliver winning solutions to customer and Lam
NSR creation and management for
- Non configurable Upgrades
- Configuration revision for repurposing tools
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent engineering experience
- Customer facing experience relating to technical introduction and/or review
- Strong product knowledge on at least one of Lam equipment groups (Etch or Dep)
- Familiar with CRM, SAP and ADM
Preferred Qualifications
- NSR (non standard request) creation
- SAP Systems experience
- Presentation experience with groups and customers
- Preferred 5 years of Field/PG/CSBG/Semiconductor experience

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
