The Impact You’ll Make

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst ( Global Manufacturing Inventory & Supply Planning Analyst), where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain & Analyze supply chain metrics to identify trends , issues , opportunities & risks 

- Support global manufacturing inventory continuous improvement initiatives & digital transformation.

- Understand inventory impacting levers , define & build data rules, exceptions , SLAs, own the end to end governance process including RCA & mitigations.

- Utilize system & tools such as Kinaxis rapid response, SAP, PowerBI dashboards to build data insights & exceptions.

- Collaborate with Global Operations, engineering & IT cross functional teams to ensure alignment & coordination of inventory initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain operations, Master with 5-6 Years of Experience 
• Basic understanding of S&OP planning, Master Supply Planning & Material Planning processes.
• Understanding of inventory planning & managements processes.
• Understanding of key data elements impacting inventory & master data management practices.
• Experience in working with a global manufacturing environment & matrix structure,
• Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
• Intermediate level understanding of data analysis techniques & tools
• Hands on experience on demand planning & supply planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain operations, Master with 5-6 Years of Experience 
• Hands on experience on demand planning & supply planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP , Oracle)
• Understanding of supply chain KPI's, reporting & monitoring practices.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
