The Group You’ll Be A Part Of
Lam HR-Applications team is looking for a passionate, engaging CSOD Sr Lead to join our growing team. The CSOD Sr Lead will perform Design & Configure Cornerstone on-demand learning module, Integrations from and to Cornerstone on-demand along with Production Support both Technical & Functional. Ensure data governance by supporting Audits as part of SOX Compliance & Security Management.

What You’ll Do
- Design & Develop new Functionalities part of Projects, Rollouts and Enhancements
- Production support for Learning Management Systems – Cornerstone on-demand (Mandatory)
- CSOD Security Administration
- Provide L3-Expertise to Production support team
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical/Functional system issues
- Responsible for Maintaining Technical & Configuration Documentation repository
- Perform proto typing based on the new needs from business and handle Intake Management
- Cross training the teams on knowledge transfer across business functions
- Interact with multiple stakeholders across BUs.
Who We’re Looking For
- 6+ Years of Cornerstone on-Demand Learning Module
- Min 3-4 CSOD Learning Global Implementation & Production Support experience
- Strong expertise on CSOD Learning Configurations – Complex ILTs, Curricula, Content Management, Course catalogs, Approval Workflows etc.
- Strong Experience of CSOD Core Configurations – Organizational Units, User Groups, Security Roles
- Strong Expertise on Edge to Integrate, Develop & Import.
- Good experience on prototyping new solutions for business stakeholders
- Experience of working in Global Production support model along with exposure to multiple HR-systems a great plus.
- Leading a team of 5-7 Learning consultants
- Strong Communication Skills and project Management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational qualification: Bachelor / Master’s Degree with an emphasis on Computer Science.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (HRIS)

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
