  Lam HR team is looking for a passionate, engaging and data driven Human Resources Operations Specialist to join this growing team. The HR Operations Specialist provides functional support to the employee and managers at Lam and works collaboratively with the Human Resources team. We are looking for an HR professional dedicated to delivering outstanding HR service. The HR Ops Specialist uses their expertise and passion for HR to continuously identify areas of process improvement and helps the team to execute. Support functions include areas such as new hire on-boarding, new hire orientation, benefits Administration , terminations, immigration, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, and reporting.

  • Educational qualification: Bachelor / Master’s Degree with an emphasis on HR or business, HR certificate required
  • Years of Experience:  Minimum 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience is required
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Reporting to: Sr. Manager HR

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and act as point of contact for employees who have routine questions regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Administration of benefit programs including Employee Insurance, Wellness , Statutory Benefits like Provident fund , Gratuity, NPS
  • Process a variety of employment-related changes within HRIS systems, including employee status changes, database updates, pay changes, employee information and other confidential employee data
  • Develop reports and analyses regarding Headcount, attrition, and program participation etc
  • Ensure that all new hires are covered under New Hire Orientation and  positive new employee experience
  • Own and assist with various HR and talent management projects working in collaboration with the HR team and others when needed
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to Human Resources. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Audit and review vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting on fees and costs. Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
  • Labor Law compliance
  • Prepare and maintain employee personnel hard and soft copy files

     Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

  • 6+ years HR experience including managing core HR processes, programs and employment-related laws/regulations.
  • Experience in HR Operations and also in assessing and improving operations and administrative practices.
  • Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • High degree of personal and professional integrity with ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with Any HRIS tool  and report generation

    Desirable Skill:

  • Work experience in multinational company and Matrixed organization
  • demonstrated ability building effective relationships across teams and functions, influencing at various levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to support a remote workforce
