Eligibility Criteria:

  • Years of Experience:       Minimum 3 - 5 years
  • Job Experience:                Minimum 3 years working experience in any of the following areas: inventory control, logistics, transportation, operations, foreign trade
  • Educational:                      Bachelor degree in Commerce, Science or Business


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Global depot replenishment inventory variances, coordinate the stock check with supplying plants and receiving plants, provide timely resolution to reconcile the inventory. Log all resolutions for review by Foreign Trade and compliance to make sure Lam is complying with AES filing and export license requirements
  • Manage North America UPSL daily operation and manage all inbound or outbound variance investigations to provide resolution to reconcile the inventory.  Monitor in transit materials to North America UPSL to ensure timely receipts and take action as required.  Monitor cycle count variances to provide timely resolution to reconcile the inventory.
  • Knowledgeable with EDI process, and able to understand the relation to inventory variances
  • Complete Book to Book to ensure a balanced inventory between UPSL and SAP, manually correct EDI failures
  • Owner of North America Depot Purge process, coordinate with UPSL warehouses and planners to complete the purge processes
  • Logistics support person to help other departments on paper work only request within SAP (such as Model Shift, Serial Number recording as required for some customers and help CSR to correct their orders in UPSL locations)
  • Support management on monthly KPI and adhoc report requests



Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

  • Experience in working with SAP database (inventory tracking and reconciliation)
  • Excellent analytical skills to logically investigate inventory variances
  • Project management skills (tracking, review, driving to closure)
  • Experience in working with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
