Job Responsibilities

Summary:

The selected candidate will work as the TMS control tower representative, acting as an extension of the regional logistics team. The Logistics Analyst will be the point of contact for stakeholders managing freight globally, by providing operational support, as well as managing the TMS.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Support
    1. Routing guide management
    2. Track & tracing and exception handling
      1. Ability to quickly react to unforeseen events and communicate with stakeholders as needed
    3. Follow SOPs (Standard Operations Procedures) with great attention to details
  2. TMS Administration & Troubleshooting
    1. User management (user set up, onboarding and ongoing support)
    2. Master data maintenance as needed
    3. TMS troubleshooting and communication between the user base and TMS vendor regarding system performance and outages
    4. Support standardization and documentation of processes (SOP creation) as needed
    5. MIS Report generation as per requirement

Minimum Qualification

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Years of Experience:      3 - 5 years
  • Job Experience:                Minimum 3 years working experience in any of the following areas: Global Logistics Control Tower, Transportation operations, Freight forwarding/Warehousing, TMS, or software/system call center support operations
  • Educational:                       Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science or Business
  • Diploma in Logistics /Foreign Trade/Supply chain desirable

Mandatory skills

  • Experience in managing domestic and international logistics in all modes of transportation
  • Experience in working with SAP & TMS tools(Transportation Management System)
  • Troubleshooting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred Qualification

Diploma in Logistics /Foreign Trade/Supply chain desirable
