Eligibility Criteria:

  • Years of Experience:            Minimum 8 - 12 years
  • Job Experience:                    Minimum 2 - 4 years of supervisory experience in multinational high technology corporation in Reverse Logistics, Repair Purchasing, Asset Recovery function
  • Educational:                          Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Production or Industrial Engineering


    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing asset recovery function which includes Repair Purchasing, Reverse Logistics, COM Operations and drive interaction with customers and/or service representatives to handle a variety of asset recovery related functions
    • Providing timely transactional support of repair POs, warranty POs, and returns of defective parts inventory
    • Own Customer-Owned-Material (COM) order types and coordinate functions related to repair ops and reverse logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
    • Manage team of operation business analysts to support the need of creating dashboards/reports using analytical tools
  • Support daily issues/escalations related to repair ops, reverse logistics and COM operations. Escalate to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Responsible for team deliverable for ensuring efficiency & effectives of the work with LAM standard of quality
  • Analyzes reports and metrics for deviation from plan, reconciles data variances and uses that information to guide the identification of root cause and execution of corrective action activities to deliver system capability, improvement, process redesign & implement changes
  • Responsible to manage & report weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and Operational Metrics related to core return performance, overall RAMs performance, Repair POs performance
  • Supports Annual Operating Plan initiatives for Global Spares and is actively involved in continuous improvement efforts.  


    Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

  • Proven experience in managing reverse logistics, repair operations, asset recovery functions in product based MNCs
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
    • Proficiency with transactional operations of MRP (SAP preferred)
    • Strong knowledge MS office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and MS Access
  • Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained Results
  • A keen eye for detail and results driven approach, outstanding communication skills, Excellent organizational and leadership skills


    Desirable Skill:

  • Prefer experience in aftermarket Spares Operations or Automotive or e-commerce or Consulting practice
  • Exposure to new tools & technology in reverse logistics/asset recovery domain will be added advantage
  • Hands on experience on data visualization tools and SQLs would be added advantage.


Note: Candidates should be comfortable working in shift based on business needs. If needed, shift timings are 6:00am to 3:00pm & 1:30pm to 10:30pm
