Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement Design changes on Electrostatic Chuck  (ESC)
  • You will be working on Complex CAD Model using NX wave link Modeling feature
  • Act as a Solution owner on Problem Report (PR’s) assigned
  • Work on Fixture Design to support ESC aligned parts Assembly, Testing & Inspection.
  • You need to consult with Product Group to translate design changes on Part Modification.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross functional teams for problem solving and decision making.
  • Accountable for delivering on time with quality as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as consistent improvement in efficiency.

Mandatory skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Unigraphics Nx and especially on wavelink modeling.
  • Experience in creating production drawing
  • Implements design /design changes based on Bill of Materials Update.
  • Good Understanding in Engineering Change Management Process, SAP, PLM
  • Create / Update procedures, templates, Spec sheets etc.
  • Tolerance Stack-up, Basic Engineering calculation to support part/component design or selection.
  • Ability to select O-rings, Gaskets, Fasteners & Hydraulic/Pneumatic fittings

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in various fabrication methods (Sheet metal, Plastic Parts Machining)
  • Knowledge on welding symbols, GD&T symbols, Surface finish, etc.
  • Knowledge and exposure to ANSI, ASME, AWS, ISO, SEMI standards applicable to semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to work well in a team, in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities while being a team player.
  • Experience with Team Center and PLM (SAP or e-Works or Oracle-aps etc.)
