The Impact You’ll Make

A Tech Lead (SAP ABAP, SAP PM and SAP CRM) at Lam Research will be responsible for coming up with the scalable designs for the business applications and for guiding the team in performing enhancements and production support of the existing business applications. Specifically

• Work with the business unit functional teams setting up future state/capabilities.
• Accountable for design and architecture of solutions within SAP.
• Would be responsible for Technical Sprint/Release Deliverables
• Drive to create and maintain system specification and sub-system specification documentation.
• Work with BSAs and developers during the implementation of required functionality and to help the team in the troubleshooting process in resolving system and performance issues.
• Oversee and provide technical/professional assistance for projects and programs delivered beyond the completion date. Be responsible for project delivery and own any risk mitigation plans as needed.
• Work with BSAs to monitor programs/projects to ensure they have achieved the intended outcome or results.

• Must be able to interact professionally with the users of all our systems.
• Should be able to manage Deployments\Transport Movements and troubleshoot Dependency Issues.
• Should have knowledge on any one Cloud application.
• Perform Code reviews related to SAP Objects.
• Perform Code reviews and Design Reviews for Technical User stories.
• Allocate user stories within the team.
• Validate efforts and plan the Sprint.
• Ensure Sprint Deadlines are met.
• Debugging SAP Odata, Idoc and RFC’s.

Who We’re Looking For

• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in a related field.

• Years of experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

• Willing to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Mandatory skills required

• Must have expertise in design thinking to come up with innovative designs/solutions.
• Must have good expertise in Plant Maintenance Module in SAP
• Must have good expertise in Service Module in any CRM platform.
• Must have expertise in understanding the overall SAP Integrations.
• Must have expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP RFC’s, IDOCs and Odata.
• Must have expertise in Fiori and SAP Native Hana.
• Should have expertise in SAP S/4 Hana implementation.
• Should be well versed with BTP.
• Must be Proficient in developing custom apps and enhancing standard apps.
• Must be proficient in JavaScript, UI5 and ABAP.
• Perform the role of Tech Lead in Spring Planning Meeting.
• Must have development exposure in CRM Webui and CRM API’s
• Should have knowledge in CRM Opportunities

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
