The Impact You’ll Make

Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinates and/or monitors Planned orders and Production Orders final approval of products built through the complete production cycle.
  • Create executive summary presentations and develop meaningful and easy to understand KPIs (Key Process Indicators) that drive effective change the inventory allocation Process. ⁠
  • Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedule; Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces at a minimum with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, Project Managers, Manufacturing.
  • Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
  • Works on problems of Low scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. 
  • Works to maintain team performance standards under changing circumstances.
  • Works on problems of low scope where analysis of situations or data requires minimal research.
  • Performs other related duties, as required.
  • Drive improvements projects to improve productivity.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related/relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; Preferred Overall Experience: 12+ years
  • Job Experience: Experience in any of the following areas: Multinational high technology corporation, in operations (preferred), BOM & Planning Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations)
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in shift based on business needs. Shift timings can be 15:30 to 00:30, 13:30 to 22:30, 18:00 to 3:00

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while having a sharp eye for details.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Power BI Dashboards, Excel Macros and Formulas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with production planning systems, such as master production schedule & material requirements planning.
  • Ability to successfully interact and coordinate globally across the organization, technical and non-technical.
  • Adept knowledge of SAP(MM/PP) or similar ERP system
  • Knowledge of BOM structures and Engineering Change process

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
