The Impact You’ll Make
Implements and maintains an Engineering Change Notice System. These changes will include product improvements, repairs, and new product development. Coordinates the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and marketing to ensure appropriate changes are documented.
What You’ll Do
- Manufacturing Product Change Analyst is responsible for change order review and approval for manufacturing point of view
- Responsible for evaluating material assessment to assure or minimize excess inventory during implementation of change order
- Coordinate with internal team for Change order creation and collaborate with the Engg Change Program Managers, Product Manager, Supplier Business Managers and Configuration Engineering to review E&O liability prior to Engineering Change Request submittal
- Work with Configuration Engineering and Manufacturing Engineer to set effectivity date for configurable BoM
- Coordinate with Remote Factory to update impacted sales orders based on Materials availability
- To assess Order BOM and provide Rework instructions to update based on strategy
- Assess material availability and inventory impacts for Engineering Changes in order to assist in establishing effectivity date(s)
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience and Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Mgmt Process
- Experience in Cost Analysis on change orders wrt BoM Changes
- Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure including Config BOM
- Experience in working with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word
- Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English
Desirable Skill:
- Good Problem solving techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of six sigma/problem solving methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Years of Experience: 4-9 Years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
