Product Change Analyst 3

Job Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Product Change Analyst is responsible for change order review and approval for manufacturing point of view.
- Responsible for evaluating material assessment to assure or minimize excess inventory during implementation of change order
- Coordinate with internal team for Change order creation and collaborate with the Engg Change Program Managers, Product Manager, Supplier Business Managers and Configuration Engineering to review E&O liability prior to Engineering Change Request submittal.
- Work with Configuration Engineering and Manufacturing Engineer to set effectivity date for configurable BoM
- Coordinate with Remote Factory to update impacted sales orders based on Materials availability.
- To assess Order BOM and provide Rework instructions to update based on strategy
- Assess material availability and inventory impacts for Engineering Changes to assist in establishing effectivity date(s)
Mandatory skills required for the job
- Experience and expert level knowledge in end to end Engineering Change Management Process
- Experience in Cost Analysis on change orders wrt BoM Changes
- Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure including Config BOM
- Experience in working with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word
- Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP or any ERP or PLM tools
- Demonstrated Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
Minimum Qualifications

Relevant Years of Experience: 8- 12 years of relevant work experience
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (max 15 years),/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline(max 12 years)
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge/Certification in Lean/Six sigma
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and corrective Actions, FMEA
- Knowledge of Obsolescence management, configuration manage process
