Eligibility Criteria:


  • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering  discipline (preferably in CS/IT)  or Any Bachelors with M.B.A
  • Experience:  4-8 years’ experience in project management, program management, data analysis



    Primary Responsibilities:

The role of this position encompasses many activities including:

  • Assisting the top management in his reports, follow up with his directs for all the data and information required.
  • Organizing meeting, preparing Agenda, MoM for meetings, following up on action items to closure
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentation on data analysis for Executive review
  • Planning and Defining Scope, Activity Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning
  • Developing Schedules, Time, Cost Estimation, Budget, and Documentation
  • Creating Charts and Schedules
  • Organizing meeting, preparing the Agenda and MoM for meetings
  • Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress
  • Business Partnering, Benefits Realization
  • Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes
  • Financial planning and tracking, Risk and Issue tracking
  • Cross-project interdependency management
  • Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation
  • Developing stakeholders’ map, defining the interest of each group and
  • Planning and executing communication plans to stakeholders.
  • Strategic overview and reporting on all programs to senior management
  • Providing training to projects and programs management teams
  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
  • Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
  • Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
  • Defining the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures and
  • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.


    Mandatory Skills:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
  • Expertise in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of analysis and any reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills


    Desirable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Familiarity with accounting, budgeting and finance practices and principles
  • PMP / Scrum Certification
  • Exposure in analytical reporting using through Qliksense and Excel.
  • Work with relational databases MS SQL Server.
