Position Title: Program Manager Lead

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Years of Experience:      8-12 years
  • Job Experience:              Minimum 8 years working experience in any of the following areas: Experience working in a multinational high technology corporation in the areas related to operations, reverse logistics, repair operations, planning, forecasting, inventory management
  • Educational:                    Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor’ s degree in Engineering or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations)


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and resupply of material for an assigned set of parts, in support of organizational asset management and customer service goals
  • Administer and assist with the management of programs in areas of Asset recovery for repair /refurb parts including coordination with various stakeholders
  • Manage the inventory pool for used core and refurbished part across different stocking locations for an assigned set of parts
  • Maintenance of SAP tables in regard to setting up various parameters related to projects
  • Analyzes reports and metrics for deviation from plan, reconciles data variances and uses that information to guide the identification of root cause and execution of corrective action activities to deliver system capability and improvement
  • Supports Annual Operating Plan initiatives for Global Spares and is actively involved in continuous improvement efforts
  • Self-motivated individual contributor role and normally receives little instruction on day-today work, general instructions on new assignments



Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:


  • Proven experience in supply chain activities in managing programs in the any of areas related to material planning, inventory management, reverse value chain, procurement etc.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM & SD, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project), knowledge of data analysis tools like MS Access , SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity to statistical techniques and lean six sigma methodology to help analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally with a desire to work as part of a global team
  • High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines without much supervision


Desirable Skill:

  • Certification in supply chain, project management
  • Exposure to new tools & technology in reverse logistics/asset recovery domain will be added advantage
