Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for conducting quarterly revenue validation activities
2. Responsible to support business process optimization (e.g. workflows, documentation, implementation)
3. Support Sales Operations infrastructure (e.g. audits, security reviews)
4. Created and maintain business process documentation (eDMS, SOP, and reference training materials) and onboarding new users
5. Support Sales System's Helpdesk (troubleshooting, break-fix analysis)

Mandatory Skills & Requirement:

1. 1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
   2. Excellent communication skills
   3. Experience working with Cross-functional teams, getting clarity on inputs
   4. Ability to think independently and resolve problems with good troubleshooting skills

Desirable Skills & Requirements:

1. 1. Experience in supporting of Sales Operations infrastructure for application end users
2. Financial knowledge (e.g. Revenue recognition)
3. Other Microsoft Packages (Visio, Dynamics, Analysis for Office)
4. SAP ECC, CRM, Fiori
5. Program management certification/experience
6. Developing business requirements for Process Optimization and working with Business System Analyst

Minimum Qualification

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Years of Experience: Min 2 years
2. Job Experience: Minimum of 2 yrs Experience into maintaining business systems/applications, training the end users, basic understanding of security architecture, testing newly developed apps, script writing, UAT.
3. Educational: Bachelor’s degree
