Join Lam as a Global Inventory Program Manager, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Execute roadmap to implement global strategy for inventory management excellence focusing on people, process & systems
- Participate & lead initiatives to drive standardization, automation & process optimization across the regions.
- Establish & deploy global inventory policies, governance models & KPI's to track & enhance performance.
- Collaborate with regional inventory teams & global cross functional teams to drive initiatives to improve inventory turnover & working capital efficiency.
- Work closely with IT & analytics teams for inventory management systems improvements
- Build people capability improvement roadmap & drive initiatives to enhance organizational inventory capabilities.
- Lead change management efforts ensuring training, documentation by engaging key stakeholders on new processes & tools.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5-12 years of related experience in inventory management, supply chain operations & related fields.
- Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management & supply chain operations.
- Hand-On experience in inventory management, S&OP & operations excellence tools (Six Sigma, Problem Solving Methodologies).
- Experience working with SAP & supply planning tools Kinaxis.
- Strong data analytics capabilities (data collection, data cleansing, transformation , pattern identifications & data interpretation)
- Strong collaboration, communication ,stakeholder management & change management skills.
- Experience in global or muti-regional supply chain environment
- Experience in managing technological improvement project.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in operations management, supply chain management
Experience in managing technological change initiatives,
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma & other process improvement methodologies
Background in process excellence or operational excellence is plus
APICS , Six Sigma, PMP certification are plus

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
