As a Global Customer Operations Project Manager, you will collaborate within the organization and across business units to enable Lam to meet our customer needs and drive efficiencies.

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities
- Customer Master Management: Work with multiple stakeholders to establish and manage customer master data in SAP
- Oversee and address incoming support requests to maintain the functionality of the GCO applications
- Support GCO related projects, including scope, schedule, and risk, to solve business problems.
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements for solutions improving business processes/systems and supporting critical business strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field with equivalent experience up to 3 years of experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Flexible to work in shifts - Second (1.30pm to 10.30pm)
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
- Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA and MS Suite applications.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
