The Impact You’ll Make
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for processing all newly designed parts procurement requests (ERF/RPM Kits).
- Perform ERF kitting, RPM kitting, perform RPA material assessment, Create work orders, release material.
- Resolve order shortages and expedite work with Purchasing for work order creation, release of material, and work with Logistics with work order closure.
- Support shipments authorization for new product by coordinating engineering owned material to appropriate shipping location.
- Support Product Group shipment of Wafers.
- Process and complete Engineering change order hand-off actions.
- Manage reservations for material staged in inventory location.
- Address Order BOM requirements for newly designed parts as requested.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with minimum of 3 years of related experience in New Product environment or a Master’s Degree.
- Experience in Project management and NPI environment with Material Planning, Logistics and Purchasing.
- SAP or relevant ERP and its transactions in Planning, MM and Logistics module
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and SharePoint.
- Work Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (2:30 AM to 11:30 AM US time) as per business requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- SAP background is a plus.
- Buyer background is a plus

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
