Job Responsibilities

The Program Manager Lead will support Lam’s Global Supply Chain Management organization to manage and implement supplier development and resilience programs. This person is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to establish and strengthen a resilient supplier network that is aligned with the organization's overall business goals. The position will serve as a center of excellence for supplier risk analysis, performance monitoring and the development of relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will lead in supplier identification, intelligence gathering and collection of supplier data through surveys.

  • Manage key areas within the Lam Supply Chain organization that focus on supply chain risk and performance management.
  • Meet with suppliers to collect, validate, and maintain confidential data in LAM systems associated with supply disruptions.
  • Prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Track project schedule and maintain matrix for process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with commodity teams, analytics, and external teams.
  • Data analysis - Prepare reports, tracking charts, and analytics using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Create and update procedures, program documents and training related to supply chain risk and performance management.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Risk Resilience, Scorecard, ESG key contacts for supplier database.
  • Ability to interact with all levels across organization and communicate in a clear concise manner.
  • Possess good experience in strategic sourcing and program management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work well independently. PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with managing end-to-end execution of programs/projects that span across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into an actionable form.
  • Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and agility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within supply chain.
  • Independently analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work across the spectrum of activities from strategic thinking to maintaining datasets within Lam systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience : 7-13 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience with an advanced degree
  • Program management, Sourcing Commodity management experience with deep experience in Supplier survey, landscape assessment and supplier benchmarking.
  • Prior experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab Equipment technologies and processes is a plus.

Familiarity with semiconductor, Electrical equipment Manufacturing or high-technology supply management practices, standards, and organizations
