Job Responsibilities

This position is part of the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) organization. In this position, you will work as a program manager for key areas within the Lam Supply Chain organization that focus on business, supply continuity, risk, and performance management. You will work with cross functional teams spread across multiple time zones to assess supplier impact for supply disruption events and collaborate with commodity teams to develop suitable mitigation plans.

The ideal candidate must be a result-driven, self-starter possessing strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on timely deliverables.  The candidate must be willing to work across the spectrum of activities from strategic thinking to maintaining datasets within Lam systems. This individual must possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, to adapt to changing priorities and to work independently.

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Manage key areas within the Lam supply chain organization that focus on supply chain risk and performance management.
  • Meet with suppliers to collect, validate, and maintain confidential data in LAM systems associated with supply disruptions.
  • Prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Track project schedule and maintain matrix for process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with commodity, analytics, and external teams.
  • Prepare reports, tracking charts, and analytics using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Create and update procedures, program documents and training related to supply chain risk and performance management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in supply chain program management, vendor management, supply risk and performance management
  • Job Experience:
    • Proven experience of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with history of successful end to end program management.
    • Knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, risk mitigation and performance management
    • Strong understanding and application of project management & problem-solving methodologies
    • Strong data analytics and automation background will be preferred.
  • Educational: Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial engineering or any other stream. Advanced degree in supply chain or data analytics will be an added advantage.  

Willing to work in shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Willing to work in any shift) 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work well independently. PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with managing end-to-end execution of programs that span across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into an actionable form.
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, and agility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within supply chain.
  • Independently analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt or above
  • Strong data analytical skills with background in Power BI, MS Suite, & SAP.
  • Clear concise communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a dynamic cross functional environment.
