Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 36 month product and consumable demand plan of record; assess and summarize version-over-version changes to diverse, cross functional team members
  • Familiar with PBOM/Demand Automation process and able to coordinate CFT for PBOM tagging and improvement.
  • Familiar with product structure in CRM and LPR
  • Familiar with ETL process and have experience in dealing with large dataset in SQL environments.
  • Employ statistical methods like linear regression to create predictive models based on historical data.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify and potential capacity risks to GOPs team members (supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics) to facilitate strategic investment analysis.
    • Supply chain: accountable to understand configuration and part family relationships for to facilitate commodity analysis.
    • Manufacturing: understand and support maintenance of product to location mapping to support MFG cross-plant qualification analysis activities
    • Logistics: support product-to-pick count mapping to enable Logistics capacity analysis
  • Track and understand changes in capacity, demand and inventory.
  • Drive improved business processes and accountability with Supply Chain, PG, Sales Ops, and OF by driving slot cap growth in line with ICP forecast and Business Sizing limits with ability to map to part families and product families
  • Understand, run, and improve the Spares demand model to support consumable demand forecasting activities

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Build and train machine learning models to develop predictions for future demand and compare to published forecast for potential improvement assessments with Product Group Marketing team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or any field of engineering and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6 years experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Exposure to programming skills such as SQL and Python/ R / C/ C++/ Matlab, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
  • Familiar with Microsoft tool: ACCESS, EXCEL Macro, Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or data scientist role; WFE knowledge preferred
  • Extensive cross-functional experience with demonstrable business results
  • Experience and exposure to PBOM and product structure.
