The Impact You’ll Make

As an Integration Architect at Lam, you hold a key role in creating scalable designs for enterprise programs, applications, and databases. With your expertise in analyzing existing programs and formulating logic for new systems, you are an asset to the team. Your coding, testing, and debugging efforts play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operations of the system. You will recommend changes in development, maintenance, enhancements, and system standing that can make a significant difference in Lam's operational success.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in architectural discussions for complex integration requirements and come up with the most optimal design.
  • Drive the vendor selection process to compare the integration capabilities of various vendors
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders across Business Units for technical solutioning of integrations.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of integration projects.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including technical documents, Unit test scripts, and change management plans. Ensure Change Control approval processes are strictly followed.
  • Handle Intake and Capacity management in HRIS integrations track.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer to other team members.
  • Adopt best practices and industry trends to make recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ Years of experience as Integration Architect in HR applications.
  • 10+ Years of experience in any Integration tool such as SAP BTP CI, Azure APIM or Boomi.
  • Completed Min 4-5 implementation projects in SuccessFactors integration with other systems.
  • Knowledge on S/4 HANA-HR or SAP ECC-HR along with SAP Mini Master Integration will be a great plus.
  • Deep Knowledge on SuccessFactors APIs (OData and Compound Employee).
  • Deep Knowledge on various integration methodologies such as Rest APIs, Files, OOTB integrations etc.
  • Good experience in prototyping new solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational qualification: Bachelor/Master’s degree with emphasis on Computer Science.
  • Years of experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (HRIS Integrations)

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
