The Impact You’ll Make
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
What You’ll Do
Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession Management.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
System Support & Administration:
- Provide ongoing system support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors modules.
- Manage system enhancements, releases, and upgrades, ensuring seamless business continuity.
Business Process Optimization:
- Partner with HR teams and key stakeholders to streamline HR processes using SuccessFactors.
- Analyze current systems and processes to recommend improvements and innovations.
Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Ensure data integrity through validation, audits, and testing.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools for better business insights.
User Training & Support:
- Provide training and user support to HR teams, employees, and managers on SuccessFactors modules.
- Create end-user documentation, manuals, and guides.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system integrations and issue resolution.
- Support project planning, testing, and rollout activities.
Who We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation, support, and optimization.
Strong hands-on experience in modules like:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Compensation
- Performance and Goals Management
- Other modules like Learning Management System (LMS), Succession Management, Recruiting, or Onboarding is a plus.
Expertise in:
- System configurations, business rules, workflows, and data migration.
- Integrations with other systems (SAP ERP, Payroll systems, etc.).
- Report creation using Ad Hoc Reports and People Analytics.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
