As a Programmer/Analyst at Lam, you hold a key role in creating scalable designs for enterprise programs, applications, and databases. With your expertise in analyzing existing programs and formulating logic for new systems, you are an asset to the team. Your coding, testing, and debugging efforts play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operations of the system. You will recommend changes in development, maintenance, enhancements, and system standing that can make a significant difference in Lam's operational success.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect specializing in the MS Dynamics 365 Field Service Module. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the MS Dynamics 365 Platform and demonstrate expertise in integrating SAP S/4 with Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities to drive large Dynamics 365 programs by effectively interfacing with business stakeholders, business relationship managers, and scrum teams across the US and India. Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Contact Center will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of MS Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business relationship managers, and scrum teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Integrate SAP S/4 with Dynamics 365 using Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams spread across the US and India.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of best practices in MS Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure the quality and performance of the Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on MS Dynamics 365 Field Service Module.
- Deep understanding of the MS Dynamics 365 Platform and its integration capabilities with SAP S/4.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, business relationship managers, and scrum teams.
- Ability to manage and drive large-scale Dynamics 365 programs.
- Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Contact Center is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
