Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs/test scripts/test cases for enhancements and new products in compliance with the Software Process Improvement (SPI)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute development/test activities within the scope of individual projects
• Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
• Understand the development environment including the tools used
• Interacts with peers across multiple functional groups to carry out day to day activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
• Must be a flexible team player, willing to engage in diverse technical challenges requiring creativity and critical reasoning
