Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.
Lam HRIS team is looking for a passionate, engaging Successfactors Sr Lead to join our growing team. The HRIS Sr Lead will perform Design & Configure of Employee Central, Recruiting-Onboarding & Compensation modules along with Production Support both Technical & Functional. Ensure data governance by supporting Audits as part of SOX Compliance & Security Management.
Other Job Responsibilities
- Production support for Employee Connect, Recruiting/On-boarding & Compensation Modules along with other HRIS Echo-system.
- Design & Develop new Functionalities part of Projects and Enhancements
- Provide L3-Expertise to Production support team
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical/Functional system issues
- Responsible for Maintaining Technical & Configuration Documentation repository
- Support data Compliance & Audits part of SOX
- Perform proto typing based on the new needs from business
- Cross training the teams on knowledge transfer across business functions

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (HRIS)
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree with an emphasis on Computer Science.
- 6+ Years of SAP Successfactors Subject Matter Expertise in Core-EC, Compensation & Recruiting/Onboarding modules.
- Min 4-5 SAP Successfactors Global Implementation & Production Support experience
- Strong Experience of Role based Permissioning in Successfactors
- Good experience on prototyping new solutions for business stakeholders
- Experience of working in Global Production support model
- Leading a team of 2-5 Successfactors consultants
- Strong Communication Skills and project Management capabilities
