Job Responsibilities

• • As a leader/manager in Enterprise Analytics group at Lam Research you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects in data analytics area.
  • Manage a team of 8-10 Data engineers and ML/AI and Devops engineers to support the business needs and collaborate with data architecture, business and development teams.
  • Use leadership abilities to drive cross functional development on new solutions from design through delivery.
  • Function as the accountable individual for overall solutions delivery on projects from initiation to closure
  • Help promote the advanced analytics standards and processes as part of GIS Center of Excellence across the company
  • Demonstrate the new capabilities of advanced analytics to business and technology teams to show the potential of the Data Fabric platform
  • Work with key stakeholders in product management and leadership to define strategy and requirements.
  • Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines.
  • Offer insight, guidance, and direction on the usage of emerging data analytics trends and technical capabilities
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key business sponsors and IT resources for the efficient resolution of work requests

Minimum Qualifications

• • Deep experience in architecting cloud based big data platform using MS Azure stack
  • 8+ years of experience in managing and mentoring team of data engineers, Devops/AI/ML engineers ensuring data engineering best practices are being followed
  • 10+ years of Technical hands-on experience with Data Lakes/Warehouses such as ADLS, Synapse, Cosmos, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks etc.
  • Proven track record of sharing outcomes through written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior leadership, gain alignment, and drive progress
  • Advanced knowledge of T-SQL
  • Experience interacting with APIs, utilizing SDKs, and other tools
  • Experience with Structured/Unstructured data related projects
