About LIDAS:

LIDAS (Lam India Data Analytics and Sciences) team is responsible to provide best-in-class analytics solutions that help improve business decisions in Global Operations and other business sub-functions across Lam.  This Organization, a “Center of Excellence” (CoE), consists of a high-performing team of experts who collaborate cross-functionally and provide analytics solutions to various business functions to suit their business needs. This team strives to improve the productivity & efficiency of business processes through business analytics, data science & automation projects. The resulting projects help accelerate businesses/stakeholders in decision-making by providing data insights. The team continuously develops the required technical skills and business acumen to help solve complex business problems & Use Cases in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and supply chain domains for the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Manages the central data teams and operational execution of the Master Data creation and management.
  • Ensure data governance processes for domain are tracked and resolved. Escalates as needed.
  • Tracks and reports on KPIs for the domain
  • Enforces data governance within data domain.
  • Participates in Enterprise Data Council meetings.
  • Plans, facilities and leads Data meetings with Business Stakeholders
  • Creates the data maturity strategy for one or more domains.
  • Ability to Manage and support existing applications and implementing the best practices on timely Manner.
  • Adapts to the changing business requirements and supports the development and implementation of best-known methods with respect to MDM.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience

  • Experience with SAP S/4 (Production Planning), Kinaxis, MDM Informatica, Data Analysis/Data Profiling/Data Visualization

  • Understanding of enterprise server architecture, cloud platforms

  • Experience in Kinaxis, MDM platform (preferably Informatica)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge on the software development lifecycle expert in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge SAP S/4 Production Planning processes and experience in Manufacturing domain
  • Good understanding of cross functional business processes
  • Good experience integrating SAP with Non-SAP and other SAP applications.
  • Experience in Exploratory data Analysis using SQL 
  • Knowledge in performing Root cause analysis and Corrective actions.
  • Data migration, validations & Testing support for SIT and UAT.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills, able to communicate cross-functionally.
  • Design, develop complex composite and transformation workbooks with commands, schedule tasks, automation chains, scripts, forms in Rapid Response.
  • Exposure to Control Set configurations, Planning Calendars, Data model, Data Sources and Mapping and PDR customizations.
