Job Responsibilities

  • Perform technical program management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of company’s products and services.
  • Develop program/project plans and oversee from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Ensure that objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the organizations.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, resources (manpower and controllable budget) and risks.
  • Manage CFTs with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to drive to solutions and alignment (with program objective, product release and material cut-in strategies, Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and effectivities)
  • Interface and coordinate with internal customers to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release and deployment.
  • Drive allocated resources from all the organizations to achieve performance objectives on time and within budget.
  • Provide business process and technical expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues.
  • Identify and resolve potential complications and critical path issues within the program and collaborate with experts to develop solutions for resolution.
  • Assist in the definition and institutionalizing of new processes to improve effectiveness, leverage synergies and enable maturity of the organization.
  • Be the change agent, driving process excellence, ownership of PDR process, responsiveness to dynamic business environment and leading by example.

  • Ability to create project plans, optimize resource allocation and prioritize across multiple projects
  • Sound business judgement acumen, with an ability to analyze business cases, analyze and optimize financial impact
  • Decision making and problem solving in the absence of complete or accurate data, with a bias towards action
  • Strong communication and Stakeholder management, both within various global organizations of the company and customer facing sales teams across multiple geographical locationsRelevant semiconductor/Medical capital equipment Engineering or Product Management experience with complex systems and effect on wafer results
  • Familiarity with refurbishment business process of products and subsystems
  • Structured Thinking: Logical approach, appropriate framing problems, and conclusions. Focuses on building capabilities across span of control.
  • People Management: Leads CFTs that continually improves self, business, and function. Sets direction for group and provides compelling vision for the work; establishes a high-performance environment.
  • Process knowledge in PLM and ERP required
  • Other experience that would prove highly valuable: Engineering product development, Product Configuration Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Field Service, Logistics/Spares

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
