What You’ll Do

Provide accounting transaction processing support in accordance with established processes, work procedures, SOX requirements and local company legal and statutory requirements.

Roles & responsibilities:

•    Assist in month-end and quarter-end accounting close process. •    Support data entry procedures. •    Assist in reconciling bank statements/vendor statements and reporting the variances. •    Review and validate customer/vendor audit confirmation letters and obtain authorized signatures. •    Carry out reporting activities and analysis as instructed by superior. •    File and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents. •    Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager.   

Who We’re Looking For

•    Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or relevant field •    Willingness to learn on the job •    Good communication skills in English – both oral and written •    Good organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail •    Able to prioritize and adhere to deadlines •    Able to work in a team-oriented environment •    Good computer skills
