The Impact You’ll Make
At Lam, as a Pricing Analyst, you will be a trusted advisor to the Pricing Manager, and influence and enable business decisions based on your expertise in interpreting and modeling data, performing analysis, and understanding the impact to profitability.
Specifically in this role, you will be part of a team responsible for monitoring and tracking the established pricing and changes of approximately $15B in Lam yearly system sales. As a pricing analyst supporting GCO, you’ll also be responsible for recurring tasks that directly support our business partners’ ability to run the business and maximize profitability.
What You’ll Do
Pricing Analysis:
- Perform pricing change forecasting, consolidation, detailed reporting, and metrics tracking
- Identify pricing discrepancies through the disciplined use of data analysis and tracking in support of process improvement initiatives
- Identify config driven price changes, and drive closure with various business partners
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure pricing database is up-to-date and accurate
- Provide support to the business partners on pricing changes to maximize profitability
Revenue Management:
- Ensure accurate pricing for all slotted/shipped configurations to ensure fair value revenue recognition
- Maintain pricing databases and tools to streamline pricing processes.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Support enforcing all pricing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Min 3 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry business management
- Proven experience in pricing management, revenue management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team and influence decisions cross functionally.
- Proficiency in pricing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing executive level communication.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI) and SAP
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the specific industry, e.g., technology, manufacturing, retail industry.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and models specific to the industry.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
