DT Sr. Mgr, GIS

Job Responsibilities

• Engages with the leaders in GIS & Business to understand their needs; works with SAP Functional/Technical leads and BSAs to document requirements and is accountable for coming up with scalable functional designs of solutions.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and brings thought leadership to the re-engineering discussions.
• Actively partners with cross functional teams to do business analysis and is responsible for developing functional specifications.
• Strong ability to navigate and collaborate across the IT organization.
• Follows up with project team members and drives closure on actions items.
• Identify & capture risks to the project, develop and follow thru on mitigation plan.
• Drive and assist with the development of requirements and business cases.
• Deep understanding of the applications within Lam system landscape and be able to lead discussions with the internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drives organizational excellence and thru rigid process and strive to build best in class enterprise applications team.
• Good knowledge of the general IT processes and be able to produce key metrics to drive excellence.
• Experience in managing escalations brought up by the team in their respective functional areas (project issues).

Other Job Responsibilities

• Facilitates vendor selection process and manages vendor relationships.
• Responsible for Digital Transformation Program execution delivery - resource commitments, timelines, and project health across the portfolio.
• Regularly identifies risks and communicates project health to senior leadership.
• Identifies and directs changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering information technology services and 3 years’ experience in managing high performing global teams
• Hands on experience with key SAP modules (S4 expertise is mandatory)
• Strong business acumen across the manufacturing ecosystem include the Order Management, Order Fulfillment & Planning, Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Warehouse management, Trade Compliances, Plant Maintenance (EAM) & Finance.
• Strong communication & the influencing skills.
• Good knowledge to enforce best in class governance for a global ERP landscape required.
• Strong Project Management skill.
• Experience in driving the organization change management prior to the new business adoption for the Digital Transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good to have experience in SAP cloud SAAS applications, SAP BTP & SAP CPI integration suite, SAP Automation, Mobility, and Data analytics.
• Preferably ITIL 4.0 & PMP certified.
