Job Responsibilities
This position will be based in Malaysia, performing the below responsibilities
- Responsible for processing/handling entire life cycle (Hire to Retire) HR processes/transactions for multiple countries
- Adhere to agreed KRAs and customer service standards
- Responsible for process governance and executing processes to procedures
- Ensure that HR processes, records, systems, and communication are efficient and effective, including all required information with necessary approvals
- Provides process analysis for improvement suggestions to achieve data quality
- Seek and suggest opportunities to automate processes to achieve scalability
- Excellent team player
- Detail oriented; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Flexible-Able to stretch and adapt based on business requirement
- Work on other related HR projects as and when required
Mandatory Skills
- Must be from HR operations/shared services background
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as this role will be responsible for supporting and dealing with stakeholders from Taiwan and China
- Experience using Human resources Management Systems such as Success factors
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite with intermediate excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any workstream
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
