What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Process Expert, you will collaborate to enhance the end-to-end logistics journey from suppliers to customers. You'll lead efforts to streamline and standardize processes, driving impactful business transformation and continuous improvement. Your initiatives will deliver value through process improvements, automation, and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions. Reimagine existing processes to boost efficiencies and achieve substantial improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a results-oriented professional with exceptional process mapping, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate thought leadership, and drive organizational change. A process-minded approach, experience in systems implementation, and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operational research, supply chain, or related field. MBA or
• master’s preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing transformational projects in logistics or supply chain environments.
• Solution Design and implementation experience with 
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) technology

Preferred Qualifications

Industry-Recognized Certifications such as:

• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Certified Logistics Professional (CLP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
