Manufacturing Integrator

As a Manufacturing Integrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing manufacturing processes within our organization. You’ll bridge the gap between various departments, ensuring seamless communication, efficient production, and quality control. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as production, OFM, engineering, supply chain, logistic and quality assurance) to streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
  • Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets.
  • MCSD/MCD risk assessment and prioritization of PM Completion
  • Ship risk assessments to MCSD of tools in WIP. Provide missed notification along with root cause and projected recommit dates of completion.
  • PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit.
  • Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or production management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
