Job Responsibilities
The Credit and Collections Manager will be responsible for applying corporate credit policy in a manner that will maximize sales and minimize risk. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Corporate Credit & Collections, Sales, Operations and Finance to facilitate the establishment of new customers, maintain existing customers, and drive the collection effort in a timely and efficient manner as well as providing analytical reports to change/improve processes as required.
Other Job Responsibilities
- Manage credit & collections personnel, facilitate goal setting and driving to achievement, provide timely feedback, and provide/support development opportunities for staff
- Track DSO targets and work with stakeholders to achieve those goals
- Work with key stakeholders in sales operations to resolve issues with customers, interface with customer A/P departments as needed
- Reviews customer credit and financial information to make recommendations for credit worthiness, including credit limits, and monitors granted credit limits to ensure compliance.
- Maintain customer master records and other credit and collections account information as well as key performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
