What You’ll Do
Order Management.
- Responsible for system bookings. Establishes and maintains an open line of communication between departments. Helps identifying and solving booking issues by proposing solutions to Sales Operation Team as well as Sales Regional Team. Drives resolution of orders received.
- Responsible for analysis, review, and status tracking of systems orders for customers and Lam offices.
- Reviews system purchase orders terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy. Evaluates discrepancies identified during purchase order review and brings recommended solutions to Proposal Response Team for resolution. Monitor discrepancies until resolved.
- Responsible for sending customers acknowledgement of approved orders. Works with other departments to release Sales Orders and ensure timely shipments of tools.
- Responsible for sales order maintenance by validating sales orders and monitoring any PO or configuration changes.
- Responsible for closing system sales order files by filing complete and accurate documentation relating to the sale.
May perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word
- Experience with SAP and CRM preferred
- Fluent communication and writing in English language is mandatory. Additional Malay and Chinese is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ experience Or Diploma with 5 years' experience in sales or order management within an international company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
