Job Responsibilities

Responsible for sales ops R&R in Malaysia including forecast, slotting, configuration, NSR and shipment management.

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer shipments by slotting systems and conducting configuration reviews including customer specials.  Drive factory to close gap on customer escalations to make urgent shipments.
  • Supports the account teams in defining the system configurations according to the customer requirements.  Drives definition and approval of non-standard requests (NSR).
  • Drives all milestones to get systems into the manufacturing build plan and completely defined at the “configuration frozen” date.  Monitors manufacturing progress, alerts account team of deviations from plan and drives mitigation scenarios.
  • Verifies alignment of customer purchase orders with agreed upon scope, price, terms and conditions.  Ensures that required approvals for customer contracts and agreements are in place.
  • Drive ramp readiness and configuration forecasting on the cut-in timing of new products and options.  Execute materials planning, slotting, and configuration for successful implementation.
  • Support customer visits with understanding of objectives on both sides, and assist the team on designing agenda, presentations and customer messaging to meet stated objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 5 years of work experience. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Korea language proficiency preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Experience with SAP CRM preferred
