Business System Analyst - Treasury

Job Responsibilities

As the Treasury Data and Controls Analyst, you will provide data analysis and reporting to support to various Treasury functions and projects. This includes but is not limited to developing and automating reporting solutions, maintaining, and enhancing Treasury systems and coordinating controls initiatives.  The role works all levels of the Treasury team to gather and integrate data from multiple sources to recommend, design, and develop processes and solutions.
•    Design, develop, and maintain dashboard reporting using visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau
•    Bank account administration - Wire templates, user rights/limits, new account/user setup
•    Identify, recommend, and assist in implementing new bank technologies and enhancements, products, and services
•   Steward regular recurring and ad-hoc data for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness to support critical deadlines globally across treasury areas; Assist in resolving data quality issues
•    Manage and drive the identification, prioritization, and implementation of technology to automate treasury data (e.g., process automation, RPA, Alteryx, etc.)
•    Support data and report efforts for ongoing compliance and audit purposes
•    Serves as the point person for data-related tasks on assigned projects, as necessary
•    Support cross functional process and data alignment 
•    Contributes to overall data governance strategy and assists with data management strategy roadmap

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 4+ years’ experience in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Finance Information Systems or a related role
  • Advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel
  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, collaborative self-starter with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with multiple team members in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Experience with Alteryx or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software
  • Experience with Visualization software such as Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated the ability to thrive in an environment which offers ambiguously defined problems, big challenges, and quick changes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Visual Basic for Application (VBA) or other general purpose programming language such as Python
