Job Responsibilities

Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Oversees planning and procurement activities in SAP to support Re-Use Program. Maintains Key Performance Indicators for planning, procurement, inventory stocking levels and inventory availability. Perform Analysis on Inventory Turns. Works with Cross-Functional Teams in different Time Zones.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Planning and procurement execution in support of Re-Use Program
• Working with Returns Management to ensure timely part returns.
• Working with Master Scheduling on ensuring Tools get filled with Re-Use materials
• Day to Day (or Weekly) Activities include, but not limited to, the following:
  • Planning and Procurement Activities in SAP
  • Conducting Analysis on Inventory Management (turns, stocking levels, zero bins, etc.)
  • Working w Purchasing, Master Scheduling Groups to fill orders 
• Analyze reports and metrics for deviation from plan, reconcile data variances and use that information to guide the identification of root cause and execution of corrective action activities to deliver system capability and improvement.  Works with Regional Users to understand gaps. Conducts root cause and corrective actions to drive closure to the gaps

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 10 years working experience in high technology corporation in procurement and/or planning roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Modules.  
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access
• Strong Planning, Procurement and Analytical skills for Inventory Management
• Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results
• High level of customer interfacing skills and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a global team
