Job Responsibilities

Responsible for business process of large (commercial) deals management and drive analytics.

 

Deals Management:

  • Track and monitor performance of commercial deals (financials) against approved terms, generate analytics to support negotiation strategies.  
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to drive profitability improvement.
  • Assist Business Development community in knowledge-sharing and conduct deals management trainings.
  • Be subject-matter-expert to Sales on the Deals Management system, and support/counsel to optimize deals structure.
  • Act as key contact for Sales escalations.
  • Support internal/external audit requirements

Other Job Responsibilities

Forecast support:

  • Manage sales/account teams’ forecast (pricing and incentives), align with stakeholders prior to quarterly forecast locks.
  • Review and approve non-standard terms and conditions against customers master agreements
  • Support internal/external audit requirements

Other:

  • Conduct research to address stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Business Development, Sales, etc.) inquiries about terms changes impact to commercial deals’ financial.
  • Participate in design, testing, and roll out of Continuous-Improvement-Projects to efficiently manage deals

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales, Finance, or deals desk management within an international company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Experience with SAP CRM preferred
