Job Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or through other social media platforms, to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
  • Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.
  • Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory.
  • Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.
  • Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Support Lam spares machine down business, responding to requests in less than 2 hours, monitor from order entry to order fulfillment and send tracking to the customer/requestor.
  • Manage the spares open orders and follows up with the expedite team for confirmation ship dates, past due commits/recovery dates.
  • Able to reconcile customer consignment payments to order invoices via excel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer requirements for this onsite role include proof of full vaccination for COVID-19
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related customer service / order management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP order entry from quote to cash, order management experience 1-3 years
  • Call center experience answering phone calls, responding to emails within service level agreement.
  • Willing to work holidays to support the account.
  • Willing to investigate root cause and implement corrective action for miss-fires.
