  • Be the Single Point of Contact for Sales Ops and GOPs for execution of Reliant Systems and Upgrades
    • Participate in Configuration Reviews and drive appropriate FID-level Deal Construction.
    • Drive Cost Reduction through configuration and scope management and Inventory utilization for Refurbished Systems and Upgrades.
    • Support Sales Ops and ATs to ensure configuration paperwork is to the customer’s defined target configuration
    • Ensure operational/factory capability exists for the FID/project (Refurb or off-site Technology Upgrades.)
    • Support Sales Ops for China CCIQ inspections.

       

  • Drive Activities required by Business Development and Product Management to support Revenue Growth Objectives for Reliant Systems and Upgrades.
    • Refurbishment/Upgrade feasibility
    • Budgetary costing to support VPAs

       

  • Drive Continuous Improvement Projects related to Reliant Systems and Upgrades
    • Support Quality, Product Management, Sales Ops, and the AT/Field in the resolution of Quality or I&W escapes
    • Drive operational projects/programs required to execute the business when new products transition to CSBG.
    • Drives Continuous improvement projects related to Upgrades and Reliant Systems.
    • Implement adequate accountability systems to ensure successful achievement of key milestones

       

  • Support Financial Deliverables for CSBG
    • Support Finance in Cost Forecasting and analysis for Reliant Systems and Configurable Upgrades
    • Support Inventory analysis and help coordinate disposition

 

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BS Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of operational management experience in a global organization required
  • 5+ years of experience in high technology industry preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, influence, manage and drive results within a complex organizational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and meet programs objectives
  • Knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment a plus
  • Knowledge of Lam Products, specifically 2300 Etch equipment preferred
  • Experience with Hardware Configuration/Product Management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate including MS Office suite (especially Excel), email, Windows, SAP
