Sr. Business Development Director

  • Responsible for the global expansion of the entire AEPC Product Portfolio
  • Drives and tracks penetration and defense, bookings, shipments, gross margin objectives for AEPC
    • Define and manage an AEPC account tracking/status and meeting/updating forecast
  • Coordinate with Regional AEPC Execs, Account GMs and Account Teams to develop and execute sales strategies to meet AOP Booking/Revenue objectives
  • Ensures the customer technical requirements are well defined, understood and communicated to the Products Lines and work with the appropriate technical teams to ensure penetration and defense objectives are met
    • Single point accountability to drive alignment with Etch, Dep and CSBG on shared P&D, revenue and GM objectives
  • Schedule and manage AEPC participation in CTM, TRM, QRM, etc. activities
  • Recommend pricing strategies
  • Drive AEPC product collateral compatibility, coordinate presentation library
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and create synergy to Product Lines’ Product Marketing teams
