Plans, performs and implements “Smart factory” business transformation initiative across Lam’s operations and its supply chain & logistics network.

Collects data to identify opportunities, diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Understands challenges that currently impact efficiency, scaling, speed/flexibility and quality.

Organizes, staffs, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Partners with various groups across Lam Research to incorporate product/technology required by internal and external customers.

Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Benchmarks best-of-breed and best-in-class technology providers. Performs cost and benefit analyses

Formulate 3-year technology roadmap for Global Operations.  Roadmap will leverage existing and new technologies as required to deliver:

  1. Improved operational flexibility and scaling
  2. Year over efficiency improvements
  3. Differentiated products & services

Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, process adoption, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Validate process adoption and process scaling. Delivers presentations, training and awareness courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Communicates team progress.

Minimum of 12+ years of related experience with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
