The Corporate Development team is looking for an analytically-focused intern to support business process and systems projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong creative problem solving skills and be able to work both independently and with a team. This internship will be based out of our Fremont headquarters and will last 8-12 weeks between the months of May and September 2018.

Corporate Development supports strategic M&A, venture, corporate communications, and travel activities across the organization. As an intern on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly diverse team of professionals on critical business projects. Your role will allow you to work directly with key stakeholders to identify and analyze potential business process improvement opportunities.

This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. You should be prepared to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.



  • Conduct data analysis to help inform business decisions made by the organization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze the deal process
  • Develop executive dashboards and automate key reports
  • Deliver project presentations to multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Assist with internal productivity projects


Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on quantitative or business coursework
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be able to work in a team-setting
  • Authorization to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SharePoint 2013+ or SharePoint Online
  • Strong programming skills
  • Experience working with statistical packages
  • Experience working with Microsoft Visio
  • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator
  • Previous internship experience preferred
